I am a mother of two young boys; we live on a ranch north of Anselmo, Nebraska.  I have always enjoyed photography, but really picked up on it as a hobby after my first son was born.  I enjoy taking pictures of my children so well that I just started carrying my camera on a regular basis--keeping a look-out for that one shot that is a unique moment in time.  I really enjoy taking pictures at neighborhood functions, to capture the moments people often miss due to the large amount of activity going on.  Also the landscape in my area is really beautiful at different times of the year and throughout the day, so it is always exciting to be on the look-out for that next, special photo
